I find your site interesting as I am 1/16 th Shawnee from my mother's side. My relative was from Shawnee Town. Not far from were I grew up in Findlay.

My Name is Lena Flannery I was born in Chillicothe Ohio, I now live in Belleville, Michigan. I have been trying to find background on my great grandfather. He was full blooded Indian and meet my great grandmother In Hillsboro Ohio back in the early 1900's. They never married but had two children together Guy and Carolyn Beekman as the great grandmother was already married at the time. His name was Todd Yankee, please help me find out my heritage so I may pass it on to my grandchildren. My family is all from Baineszille, Zanesville area before moving to Chillicothe. Also story of when I was small that my great great grand father gave artifacts to serpents mound. I hope you can help us I have a picture of my great grandfather also. Thank You Lena Flannery
